sports day

Sports day was over but not everybody got a chance to run. If I were the principal, I would give everybody a chance to run. Fortunately, I was given an opportunity to participate in the 4x100m race and we came in third. I could not believe it. The most interesting part was sitting at the grand stand cheering and watching the other racers raced. The worst part was when it was noon. The scorching sun was blazing hot. I had to use my friend's black bag to cover my head. But even though I was perspiring profusely, I had a fun time.

Earth hour

Earth hour is a day that we should all partisipate in it but i did not see many people particpating. It is only for one hour anyway. It is a day that we save electricity. It was like when we are in a house with no electricity. We could not even turn on the fan so we had to fold paper fans to fan ourselves. We could not on he lights so we had to light up our own candles, we had to bring the cndles up and down so we could see in the dark upstairs. It was boring because we could not watch any cartoons or playing computer games. But i still find it a little bit interesting because this is a way to save the earth.

healthy eating

Eating healthy food is important because if we don't, we may get sick or some kind of diseases.If we eat too much salt, we may get kidney problem.This has happpened to many people that eat alot of salt every day. Many adults and children like to eat fried chicken wings and french fries that are high in salt and fat. Instant noodles has a little bit of protein but also unhealthy because it has alot of fat. We should eat more healthy food such as vegetables, meat and fruits.But we may still get sick if we eat too much of it too, so do eat in moderation. We can eat unhealthy food once a week or better, try to avoid. We must control what we eat everyday for healthy living.
